At the personal level
Learn more about mental health by understanding and identifying the signs, risks, and resources that can help people with mental health challenges. Practice compassion, patience, kindness, and acceptance of yourself.
At the community level
Encourage others to advocate for consumer-directed, family-inclusive services. Encourage policymakers to allocate appropriate funding and resources to mental health service providers.
At the family level
Be aware of your loved one’s challenges and show compassion. Engage in caring conversation and encourage compassionate dialogue about mental health. Be a partner for holistic wellness, as well as social justice and social inclusion.
